INNER CIRCLE Private Coaching with Brad Adams
INNER CIRCLE
Private Coaching
With Brad Adams
Dear Friend,
Before you read any further, please consider these questions…
Are you serious about building a great business…and making yourself great in the process?
Does the thought of doing that resonate inside of you and excite you?
Embedded in the questions I asked lies a very big promise.
The promise is that you can escape the status quo and elevate yourself and your business to something higher…much higher!
The reality is that you can.
All you need to accelerate your results is a slender edge.
In every industry, every business and any group of people, the vast majority does things pretty much the same way and with pretty similar results plus or minus a little bit.
Except the few who find that slender edge that propels them to extraordinary results.
Do you doubt me?
Consider some examples:
Over 700% more…
Let’s look at professional golf. The highest paid golfer in 2016, Rory McIlroy, made a total of $49.5 million between earnings and endorsements. Compare to Paul Casey who earned $7 million and Kevin Na who earned $5.3million.
McIlroy’s average score for the full year was 69.5 as compared to 69.95 for Casey and 70.3 for Na. So, on average, McIlroy was 1% better than both Casey and Na.
Yet McIlroy earned 707% more than Casey and 934% than Na.
Maybe you don’t feel too bad for a guy getting paid $5 million to play golf. Nevertheless, the slender edge paid off for McIlroy to the tune of about $40 million extra dollars.
How about more than 500% more…
In the NBA in 2016, Boston Celtics center Al Horford averaged 17% more points and 42% more rebounds than Jahlil Okafor of the Philadelphia 76ers.
Al Horford is paid $27 million per year while Okafor is paid $5 million a year…560% more.
Is Horford five times better than Okafor?
Probably not. But his slender edge makes all the difference for Mr. Horford.
$95,000,000 a year?
Let’s look at big business. In 2016, Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahl earned $95 million. CBS CEO Les Moonves earned $56 million and Viacom CEO Philippe Dauman earned $54 million.
You probably didn’t make as much as them. I didn’t.
Are they that much more effective at what they do than we are?
No way.
I don’t begrudge these gentlemen for their success at all. But the reality is that the fortunes they earn every year largely come down to only a few decisions they made along the way that created their slender edge.
You’re not a professional athlete or big company CEO?…then you’re in luck!
I’ll bet you’re thinking that you are pretty far removed from the athleticism that leads to the huge professional athlete income that I mentioned. Can’t relate.
Neither can I!
And you likely don’t identify with the hyper political world of big company CEOs…they’re not even entrepreneurs.
Not even close…
I pointed them out to make the point about the slender edge…and they do make the point.
Let’s talk about examples that you can relate to…entrepreneurs.
The very same principle of slender edge applies to entrepreneurs.
ONLY MORE!
The difference between entrepreneurs that make it big and the mediocre is usually a very slender difference.
- What’s the difference between Facebook and all of the other social media platforms that started around the same time? A few small distinctions.
- It was entrepreneurship and the power of an idea that led Mark Zuckerberg to his fortune, not being a corporate titan.
- Same goes for Bill Gates. Gates exhibited pure entrepreneurship by selling the product behind Microsoft before even creating it!
- Walmart started with one simple store, not that different from many others. Sam Walton’s edge allowed it to grow to more than 5000 mega stores in the U.S. alone.
- John Paul DeJoria lived in his car along with his inventory of hair products before he found his edge that led to the huge success of Paul Mitchell hair products.
These are examples of mega successful entrepreneurs, but there are examples of more modest success stories all around us. I’m sure you know some.
You know people who aren’t as smart as you, yet derive significant incomes.
You know people who don’t even work very hard, yet achieve success.
They just found their slender edge.
Find yours and you can do it too!
The difference between average and outstanding need only be a slender edge.
But an edge can be hard to find…
Here’s the rub:
Getting an edge is almost impossible without reaching out beyond your own thinking.
You’ve probably heard it before. The same level of thought that got you where you are won’t get you to where you want to go.
Without outside input, you get stuck in your own thinking…without even realizing that your stuck.
Sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees…
I’ve participated in many masterminds with people who knew very little about my business yet opened my eyes to opportunity.
Often the help is in the form of a “stupid” question that seems to be from left field.
Many times the stupid question is of no help at all.
But often there is the seed of a new perspective that would not have been otherwise possible.
When the questions come from experienced entrepreneurs, powerful new possibilities appear.
If you read our “About Us” section, you know that I don’t claim to be an all-knowing genius. I can’t sprinkle fairy dust over you to give you your edge, nor can I whisper a few platitudes that will catapult you to success.
Let’s leave that to others…but buyer beware.
Peter Drucker taught me to focus on asking the right questions before looking for answers.
Asking the right questions leads to the right answers.
It’s a learned skill that few have mastered.
Having made just about every mistake in the book, with some pretty big successes along the way, I know how to zero in on the right questions.
And I can give you a decidedly different perspective.
YOU NEED TO THINK DIFFERENTLY IF YOU WANT DIFFERENT RESULTS
For example, if you run a printing business, you are almost undoubtedly doing things plus or minus 10% like everyone else with a printing business. Some do things a little better, some a little worse…but still pretty much the same.
For the vast majority, the results are pretty much the same too.
That’s okay if you are comfortable with mediocrity. But if you’re okay with mediocrity, you’re in the wrong place.
Bringing in best practices from different industries brings an edge outside the norm.
When I hire salespeople, for instance, I almost always hire from outside my industry. I know…I’ve heard it…sounds crazy. The sales guy/gal from your industry knows the customers and what they want…blah, blah, blah.
And he/she might give you a little short-term boost.
That’s the conventional thinking that will get you conventional (mediocre) results.
Here’s RENEGADE THINKING:
The person from outside your industry brings fresh thinking and techniques that your industry doesn’t use or even know about. He or she will go through a short-term learning curve…then blow everyone’s socks off because they have the edge of thinking differently.
You need to think differently too. I’ll help you to do that.
ARE YOU TOO SMART TO ACCEPT HELP?
Many fear that having a coach and peer group diminishes you, maybe even makes you look weak.
I must admit, I once thought that way too.
After all, I was already successful. How could someone, perhaps less successful, give me direction?
More importantly, wouldn’t I be wasting my valuable time?
I had to rethink that belief when I learned that Tony Robbins had a coach. Whoa. Tony is the smartest guy I know, with the highest energy and supreme control of his personal psychology. And a brilliant entrepreneur to boot.
And he has the wisdom to be coachable.
The revelation so impacted me that I hired Tony’s coach to be my coach.
And it was a great decision that led to many great things.
Think about this…
Jim Rohn famously said that “success leaves clues.”
So, what do successful people do…
They hire the best coaches.
Michael Jordan didn’t have a coach; he had three of them to coach him in different aspects of his game.
Every great golfer has a personal coach. (that incidentally isn’t as good a golfer as they are.)
Every great tennis player has a personal coach. (that can’t play tennis as well as them.)
Oprah Winfrey has a coach. (who has achieved a fraction of her success.)
Leonardo DiCaprio has a coach. (who can’t act as well as him.)
I have a coach.
I can’t tell you how often my coaches have suggested things I already knew.
I knew…but I wasn’t doing.
How often have you done something for years and then just stopped doing it for no reason and without even realizing it?
Why?
We’re all busy. There’s too much going on. It just happens.
And its necessary to have someone to help keep us on track.
Don’t let your pride stand in the way of your success.
So……
Back to my questions from the beginning:
Are you serious about building a great business…and making yourself great in the process?
Does the thought of doing that resonate inside of you and excite you?
If the answer is yes, please continue on and read about how being a member of the Inner Circle family can help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
BRAD ADAMS INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP
Before telling you about my private coaching group, I’d like to tell you who it is for and who it is not for.
You can clearly tell by our membership requirements.
WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THOSE WE ACCEPT INTO THE BRAD ADAMS INNER CIRCLE?
As the word “accept” implies, membership in the BRAD ADAMS INNER CIRCLE is by application only.
Let me perhaps surprise you and tell you what the requirements for acceptance are not:
You can’t buy your way in. Money is not a good predictor of fit; the best participants may not be there yet, but could be one fateful decision away from where they want to be.
And it doesn’t matter if you attended a highbrow University or have a fancy degree. I don’t care.
Some of the best entrepreneurs I know come from modest learning establishments…or have no formal higher education at all.
Here’s the requirements:
- You must have an extremely strong desire to do more and be more than you have in the past.
- You must be willing to wholeheartedly help and support your fellow entrepreneurs.
- You must be willing to be open to the help and support of your fellow entrepreneurs…especially me!
WARNING: The BRAD ADAMS INNER CIRCLE is not for you if:
- you’re not interested in growing both personally and professionally
- you don’t like interacting with other successful entrepreneurs
- you have no interest in participating in the growth of others
- you think fun has no place in business
The requirements are few…but they are rigid.
“A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.” – James Allen
Your attitude is foundational.
Maybe things are going ok, but you want better than just ok.
Or perhaps things are actually really good, but you have a sense that something is missing…there’s something more for you.
Or maybe life is going just great, but you feel called to the next level.
The INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP includes our powerful one and a half day DISCOVERY experience.
After attending the Discovery 1 ½ day event, you will never look at yourself and the world the same way again.
You will spend 1 ½ highly charged days with me and your fellow participants.
I will personally work with you so that you:
- feel a new found sense of purpose…your real purpose.
- have a sense of clarity and balance that you may have never felt before,
- have alignment between your passions, your goals and your actions,
- overcome obstacles
- understand your personal slender edge and how to exploit it for success. (although all you need is a slender edge, you will probably find that you have much more than that.)
- tap into your personal power
LISTEN: Most of us have been to seminars and workshops that we leave energized and excited…only to have the energy and excitement leave us as we succumb to falling back into our daily routines.
This will not happen after the DISCOVERY process…I designed it that way.
You will carry your power forward.
MONTHLY VIDEO CONFERENCES
The monthly video conference is your chance to ask me personally about things you need some extra help with….or maybe just get a different perspective.
I’ll be sharing cutting edge information from my research…and private rolodex of business leaders. Information you won’t hear anywhere else.

PRIVATE CLIENT PROGRAM
This isn’t for everyone.
In fact, I reluctantly added this option only for those who want much more of my time than the other memberships allow.
It is for you if you want me to be fully engaged…thinking, strategizing and working for you and your business…on call when you have important situations or decisions to make.
As a PRIVATE CLIENT, you receive all of the benefits of the INNER CIRCLE Membership, PLUS:
- 24 hours of one-on-one coaching in my home or the location of your choice, divided up any way that best serves you.
- An additional 12 hours of private calls, divided up any way you wish.
- My cell phone on your speed dial. Call me anytime for any reason.
- You will be my guest for dinner and a show when you come to Las Vegas.
Acceptance into PRIVATE CLIENT is by invitation only. If you're ready, please set up a time for us to disucss.
If you’re interested in becoming a PRIVATE CLIENT, please set up a time for us to talk and see if it’s a good fit for both of us.
So, the worst case outcome if you set up a call is that we both make a new friend.
I asked you at the beginning if you were serious about building a great business.
Are you?
If the answer is yes, we should talk.
If you’re ready to grow, it’s time to take action.
I look forward to welcoming you to the INNER CIRCLE family.
Best Regards,
